Project Based Pricing or Fixed Bid
The Project Based Pricing or Fixed Bid Model is a low risk option, which you can opt when the scope and specifications of your projects are reasonably clear. Sinhasoft recommends project based pricing model for domains, where we have deep-domain expertise and also well-defined estimation tools to determine the resource requirements. Time and Material
In the Time and Material Model, the project cost is a function of the total project execution time and the corresponding resources deployed. This engagement model is particularly useful in contexts, where the projects are quite complex and are prone to specification and design changes midstream. This model allows clients' greater flexibility in terms of developing the project specification on an ongoing basis and modifying the specifications based on the changing market needs.
Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Model
In the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Model, we offer a dedicated facility to the client. This facility is more like an extension of client's own facility. The dedicated facility allows clients to leverage our world-class technical infrastructure, processes and execution capabilities.
